Thank you for shopping with Good Juju. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from our store you agree to the terms below.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within New Zealand only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays). Please allow:

•       1–2 business days for order processing and dispatch

•       Orders placed after 12pm may be processed the following business day

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timeframes within New Zealand are:

•       Auckland 2-3 business days

•        North Island: 2–4 business days

•       South Island: 3–5 business days

•       Rural addresses: add 1–2 additional business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier volumes, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order amount. Any applicable rates will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. You can use this to monitor your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Good Juju is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update your order before dispatch.
